As some of you may know, Tami will be leaving her role as our Front Desk Receptionist/Office Manager to begin an exciting new chapter in her own journey.

While we are truly sad to see her go, we want everyone to know that she is leaving on wonderful terms and with our full support and appreciation. Tami has been an important part of our team, she has been the face of the business for over 15 years. Her warmth, professionalism, and positive energy will be deeply missed by both our staff and clients.

We are incredibly grateful for everything she has contributed to the business and are excited for what’s ahead for her. Please join us in wishing her nothing but success, happiness, and fulfillment in this next opportunity. (Her last day with us will be Thursday June 11th)

WE are SO EXCITED to INTRODUCE Bryce McDiarmid - Registered Massage Therapist, to our Team!
Bryce will be working one day a week for the month of April, and then starting FULL TIME in May! 🙌
Bryce is relocating from Mildmay, with her dog Ruby Sue. She is passionate about providing personalized treatments that work with your body and supporting you on your wellness journey! She has additional training in cupping therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilizations(heated) and digestive massage.

👏From our entire team at Complete Wellness along with partners, we would like to do a HUGE shout out to Dockside Willie's Bar & Grill, for hosting our Christmas Party.
The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and PEFRECT, the servers and cooks made sure we always had a drink in our hand and food in front of us. From non stop appetizers, to hot dinner meals, you went over and above our expectations. Then to top off our night, you suprised us with a "15 years in business" cake, baked in house. We cannot thank this great local business enough, for an incredible and fun Christmas party.
