Did you know that chiropractic and physio therapy are HST/GST exempt? And you can claim these treatments on your annual taxes under medical.
Did you know that massage therapy is NOT tax exempt? Therefore it's not a treatment you can claim.
Now that the majority of provinces are regulated for massage therapy, massage therapists across the country are fighting to eliminate the tax on treatments. This will make it more accessible for everyone.
