🐾💙 Happy RVT Appreciation Week! 💙🐾

This week, we celebrated our AMAZING Registered Veterinary Technologists (RVTs) and the incredible difference they make in our clinic, everyday!

RVTs are an essential part of every veterinary team. From monitoring anesthesia and assisting in surgery to performing laboratory diagnostics, taking dental X-rays, providing nursing care, educating pet owners, and offering comfort to patients who need it most, their knowledge, skill, and compassion make a world of difference every single day.

At St. Norbert Animal Hospital, we are incredibly grateful for our amazing RVTs. They are dedicated, compassionate and an essential part of the medical team. They are an invaluable part of our clinic family, and we are so lucky to have them on our team!

💙🐾RVT Appreciation Spotlight: Alyssa! 🐾💙

Today, we’re celebrating Alyssa, one of our wonderful RVTs! They bring a bubbly personality and a contagious laugh to the St. Norbert family, and we’re so lucky to have Alyssa on our team! ❤️

Alyssa's favorite part of vet medicine is dentistry and performing dental X-rays! Alyssa loves helping keep our patients’ smiles healthy and bright.

Alyssa shares a home with two cats, Apollo and Orion, who make sure they get their cuddle quota daily. In their free time Alyssa LOVES all things Formula 1! If there’s a race coming up, you can bet they are excited about it!

Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys reading, writing, gaming, and getting creative with arts and crafts.

We’re so grateful to have Alyssa as part of our amazing RVT team! Thank you for the laughter, dedication, and care you bring to our patients every day. 💕🐾

💙🐾 RVT Appreciation Week: Meet Tori! 🐾💙

Today we’re celebrating the amazing Tori! Tori is a wonderful RVT, and we feel so lucky to have her as part of our St. Norbert family. Her compassion, vibrant personality, and passion for animal care shine through in everything she does!

Tori has a special place in her heart for rescue work and a particular love for grey cats! At home, she shares her life with her three cats, Ghost, Phantom, and Freya, two dogs, Aska and Runa, and her snake, Levi. Needless to say, her home is full of personality and plenty of animal love!

Her favorite part of veterinary medicine is lab work. She loves sitting at the microscope and investigating cases to help figure out what’s going on with our patients.

When she’s not at the clinic, you might find Tori enjoying video games or spending time at her family cabin, where she loves getting out on the water for a kayaking adventure!

Tori, thank you for your compassion, dedication, and the wonderful energy you bring to our team. We appreciate everything you do for our patients, clients, and the animals who need us most! 💙

💙🐾 RVT Appreciation Week: Meet Stephanie! 🐾💙

Today, we’re shining the spotlight on Stephanie, one of our amazing RVTs at St. Norbert Animal Hospital!

Stephanie’s love for animals goes far beyond cats and dogs! She has a soft spot for all creatures, including reptiles, amphibians, and even the creepy crawlies! Her home is quite the zoo, with Hera, her Malamute, Ajax the cat, a snake, a skink, and a chubby frog named Meatball! 🐸

Stephanie's Favorite part of Vet med is lab work and differentials! She loves putting her knowledge to work to help solve medical mysteries.

🧠 Fun fact: If you’re ever heading to trivia night, you NEED Stephanie on your team! We’re pretty sure there isn’t much she doesn’t know!

We’re so lucky to have Stephanie’s curiosity, knowledge, and passion for animals as part of our team. Thanks for everything you do, Steph! 💙🐾

💙🐾 RVT Appreciation Week – Meet Jennifer! 🐾💙

This week, we’re celebrating our wonderful Registered Veterinary Technologists (RVTs) and highlighting the amazing people who make such a difference in the lives of our patients and their families!

Today, we’re kicking things off with Jennifer! 🎉

Jennifer graduated from the Veterinary Technology program at Red River College in 2018 and has been part of the St. Norbert Animal Hospital family ever since!

Her favourite part of veterinary medicine is the variety! She loves seeing interesting cases and that no two days are ever the same. There’s always something new to learn!

Outside of the clinic, Jennifer enjoys crafting and spending time with her young son and her two cats, Cataldo and Iris.

Thank you, Jennifer, for your dedication, compassion, and all the wonderful things you bring to our team. We’re so lucky to have you as part of the St. Norbert family!
