Have you ever woken up exhausted after a full night's sleep?

Sometimes the body is not asking for physical rest. Your energy is asking for care.

We absorb more than we realise throughout the day. Stress. Difficult conversations. Crowded rooms. Even the emotions of the people around us. It accumulates in a way sleep does not clear.

When you notice your energy is low, try this:

🌿 Pause instead of pushing through. A few slow, intentional breaths.

🌍 Step outside. Feet on the earth, even for two minutes. Nature helps us release what we have been carrying.

💭 Ask yourself: what is mine to carry, and what can I let go of?

✨ Sit quietly and visualise a warm golden light surrounding you, clearing the heaviness that does not belong to you.

And remember it is okay to say no.

Protecting your energy is not selfish. It is self-respect. The more you care for your own wellbeing, the more authentically you can show up for the people you love.

If you feel drained often, that may be a sign your mind, body and spirit are asking for deeper healing. I am here for that.

How do you recharge when your energy feels low? I would love to know. Drop it below.

If you are in the middle of a hard season, this is for you.

Strength is not about never falling apart. It is about taking the next step when your heart feels heavy and you are still figuring out who you are becoming.

You do not need to have it all sorted today. Just the next step is enough. One day you will look back and be so grateful you kept going.

We celebrate the victories others can see. A new job, a new home, a new relationship.

But the most meaningful wins happen quietly, within us.

Maybe this year you set boundaries without guilt. Let go of a relationship that no longer honored you. Or simply became kinder to yourself than you were a year ago.

Healing isn't dramatic. It lives in small daily choices. Peace over chaos. Forgiveness over resentment. Rest over proving your worth.

So take a moment today to honor how far you've come. Every step counts, even the ones nobody saw.

Tell me: what's one thing you're proud of healing this year? Share it in the comments. Your story might be exactly what someone else needs to keep going.

And if you feel called to go deeper, I'm here to walk beside you.

The fear that arrives before anything bad has happened.

The self-doubt that does not match your actual life.

The pattern that repeats no matter how much you work on yourself.

Some of what you are carrying was never yours to begin with.

In Shamanic healing we understand that we can inherit the unresolved wounds and survival patterns of those who came before us. Not as a life sentence. As an invitation.

When one person heals — it ripples forward to everyone who comes next.

You can be the one who gently breaks the cycle. 🌿

If this is calling you, I would be honoured to hold space for you at my Shamanic Ceremony on August 29th in Dübendorf, Switzerland.

I want to invite you into something first, before you sit down to write your intentions for the second half of this year. This takes less than ten minutes and will improve the quality of everything you do going forward.
Because here is what I have noticed over years of holding space for people in ceremony and session.

Most of us carry two kinds of intentions into a new cycle.

The ones that are genuinely ours, the quiet longings that live in the chest, the things we actually want when nobody is watching, and the directions that feel like coming home when we allow ourselves to imagine them.

And the ones that belong to someone else. The expectations we absorbed so early and so completely that they started to feel like our own desires. The versions of success, healing, love, and becoming that were handed to us before we were old enough to question whether they actually fit.

The body knows the difference. And this practice asks it.

The Intention Body Scan

Find somewhere quiet. Sit down. Place both hands on your heart and take three slow breaths until you feel the nervous system begin to settle.
Then write three intentions for the second half of 2026. Not the ones you think you should have. The ones that actually arrive when you get still enough to listen.

Once you have your three, go through each one slowly.

Place your hand on your heart. Read the intention aloud, not in your head, out loud, in your own voice. And then pause and notice what happens in the body.

Does something in your chest expand? Does your breathing deepen slightly?

Does something in you soften or lean forward? That is the body saying yes. That intention is yours.

Or does something tighten? Does your breath shorten or catch? Does a quiet heaviness arrive alongside the words—the particular weight of obligation rather than desire? That is the body saying this one belongs to someone else.

Keep only the intentions that feel expansive.

Release the rest without guilt. They were never yours to carry into the next six months.

Write three intentions that feel like coming home. Let the rest go.

For a long time, many of us have lived by one unwritten rule: if something isn’t working, push harder.

If a relationship starts slipping away, we hold on tighter. If a goal feels out of reach, we sacrifice our sleep, peace, and well-being to force it into reality. Somewhere beneath it all is the fear that if we relax for even a moment, everything will fall apart.

This is the energy of forcing, and it is exhausting.

Eventually, it begins to show up in the body: tightness in the chest, anxiety in the stomach, and a deep fatigue that sleep cannot fix. We treat life like a battle to be won, only to find ourselves worn down by the weight of trying to control everything.

Sometimes, true healing begins when we finally stop forcing.

We lower our hands, take a breath, and choose to allow.

Allowing is not laziness or giving up. It is the courageous decision to trust that you do not have to control every outcome to be worthy of a good life. What is truly meant for you will not require you to break your spirit just to keep it.

When you release the need to control, you create space. Draining relationships can quietly dissolve. Paths that were never yours can clear away. Genuine opportunities, deeper peace, and authentic connections finally have room to find you.

Nature already understands this. A flower does not fight the soil to grow. It softens, receives the light, and allows itself to rise.

Look at your life right now. Where are your hands clenched? What outcome are you trying to force into existence?

You are allowed to loosen your grip. You are allowed to trust that life can flow without fighting every step of the way.

Peace, love, and alignment do not respond to force. They respond to space.

Open your hands. Step back. Allow what is genuinely yours to find its way home.

On August 29, I am hosting a Shamanic Ceremony in Dübendorf, Switzerland.

Shamanic ceremony is one of the oldest forms of communal healing on earth. Long before individual therapy, before coaching frameworks, and before the language of personal development existed, human beings gathered in circles with intention, with the earth, and with their helping spirits to do what is very difficult to do alone to return to themselves.

This ceremony is designed to bring participants back to their center. To create the conditions for deep inner peace and a genuine reconnection with both the natural world and the essential self that exists beneath the accumulated weight of professional and personal life.

We will move through energetic rituals and earth-based practices in a held, structured, and intentional space. The ceremony will be guided by spirit, which means it meets participants where they are rather than where they planned to be. It is responsive, alive, and deeply personal even within the collective container.

For those who have been navigating a sustained period of stress, disconnection, or depletion and who sense that something more than conventional support is needed, this is worth considering.
