💰 Compensation
$1,400 USD monthly base salary
Up to $100 USD monthly performance bonus, subject to performance metrics
✅ Requirements
French B2+ or higher – Required
English B2+ or higher – Required
Customer Service / Call Center experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
What You’ll Do
Provide customer support through:
• Calls
• Chat
• Email
Helping customers resolve inquiries and providing timely, professional solutions.
🎓 Training & Schedule
Training: 2–3 weeks | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Nesting: 2 additional weeks | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Production: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
📍 Hybrid Opportunity
Initial onsite attendance at Eurocenter Business Center, Barreal de Heredia is required.
After the first 3 months, and subject to performance and metrics, employees may become eligible for a hybrid schedule with onsite and work-from-home days.
