Summer during pregnancy can be beautiful, but it also needs a little extra care.
Higher temperatures, stronger sun, travel plans, and changes in daily routine can affect how you feel, especially during pregnancy. Staying hydrated, avoiding excessive heat, choosing light meals, resting when needed, and protecting your skin from the sun can help you enjoy the season more safely and comfortably.
It is also important to be mindful of food safety, especially during summer, when certain foods can spoil more easily. Choose fresh, well cooked meals, avoid anything you are unsure about, and always follow your doctor’s advice regarding diet, activity, travel, and swimming.
