and will be hosting a mini Retreat in the forest. Somatic practices for regulation, connection, pleasure and a deep dive into the Sacredness of Water.

Life in the city is squeezing me, my daughters and I are having busy weeks, My Heart Knows that needs Space.
The noise of the city can disturb the connection with my heart sometimes, my daughters are very magic Souls and I want us to find our space together, they are growing in a moment of humanity that can feel very heavy and tightening sometimes.
So Fridays feel very good 😄 it's the moment of resting and packing for weekend's adventures 🌿🤸🏽‍♀️🧚🏽‍♀️💫
Somatic practices have been giving me so many tools, for connection and disconnection;) (not disassociation;)) for witnessing, for grounding and expansion.
Thanks to BodyCartography Project I have been immersing myself in practices for dying and decomposing, as for earthing and living.
I wish us all a meaningful Journey in this Earth and in this Life Time. Our Gifts are needed.

TIME WITH ONESELF ❤️‍🔥PRIVATE SPACE 🌱
This is my home and home is where my heart is. I have learned to highly appreciate my time alone, I mean, with myself. When I let my intuition guide my movements and I ask questions, like "what do you need today?" And I let energy move and I'm THE ONE placing hands on my own body.
Pressure -Pleasure- Release 🌀 and today combined with the Sun bathing (TOP!)
We got too used to expecting others to give us love, attention, and care. Take a moment to be intimate with yourself;)
For me *Intimacy and Presence* is part of my YOGA JOURNEY ☯️

Yoga practice for the MULTILAYERED BEING that you are 🪷
Because we are not just a body. The body is an orchestra, an ecosystem, a miracle, a vehicle, and we listen to the Body, the body, our Body is our teacher, but we are also MORE than this physical body. WE ARE ENERGY IN MOTION, we are like a river, we are like the soil and we are also star dust 🌱🌀🌠
So, after many years of practicing and teaching, I'm moving more and more into a practice that includes ALL WHAT WE ARE. Interestingly it becomes a sort of coaching as well, YES! IT IS EMPOWERING ❤️‍🔥 I have been calling it "Empowering Somatic Yoga" I like to call it "rEVOLution Yoga" I'm blending my knowledge of Somatic Movement, Yoga and Chinese medicine. IT IS A POWER BLEND 🧘🏾‍♀️
Join me at Prague Yoga Collective for weekly 60 min practice and also for SOMATIC IMMERSIONS where we dive deeply, letting go of the urgent anticipation and we can soak into deeper sensing 🤎
The next Somatic Immersion will be on March the 8th at Karlín Studio.
