There is something I keep noticing after years of teaching yoga and working with people in relational spaces.
We don’t just bring our bodies onto the mat.
We bring our patterns.
The way we handle pressure.
The way we respond to limits.
The way we speak to ourselves when things are difficult.
Yoga makes this visible, not by changing who we are, but by revealing how we already relate.
And once you start seeing that, it becomes harder to unsee it.
Not because yoga is trying to fix anything.
But because it keeps reflecting the same simple truth back to us:
how we move through a practice is often how we move through life.
And from there, something becomes possible:
to meet ourselves more clearly, as we are.
