The freedom to express ourselves without physical constrains of the body or fearing judgement from society and/or our family and friends. It is the freedom to freely play with life, to do what we love doing and at the same time not to take things too seriously. Wir streben nach mehr Gesundheit, mehr Flexibilität, mehr Stärke, mehr Frieden, mehr Glück, mehr Freude, mehr Dankbarkeit, mehr Akzeptanz, mehr Freundschaft, mehr Güte, mehr Ruhe, mehr Bescheidenheit, mehr Großzügigkeit, mehr Einsicht, mehr Selbstausdruck und ultimativ nach mehr Liebe. Yoga is a rebellion, but this rebellion is not against anybody or anything. In yoga we rebel for the freedom to fully being able to be ourselves. We rebel for more health, more flexibility, more strength, more peace, more happiness, more joy,
more grace, more gratitude, more acceptance, more friendship, more kindness, more calmness, more modesty, more generosity, more humility, more insight, more self expression and ultimately for more love. Durch die Yoga Praxis sind wir in der Lage, den Körper zu stärken und unseren Verstand von alten Ideen und Glaubenssätzen zu befreien. Wir sind aufmerksamer, mehr im Augenblick und ruhiger. Elena verbindet in ihrer Arbeit als Yogalehrerin und Therapeutin Körper, Geist und Seele. Seit 2005 vertieft sie ihre Praxis mit Fokus auf präzise Ausrichtung, Anatomie sowie dynamische Vinyasa- und ausgleichende Yin-Elemente. Achtsamkeit und individuelle Begleitung stehen im Zentrum ihres Unterrichts.

ALIGNMENT BASIC—In dieser Klasse steht die präzise Ausrichtung der Asanas im Mittelpunkt. Durch achtsames Üben und anatomisches Verständnis entwickelst du Stabilität, Leichtigkeit und ein feineres Körperbewusstsein. Geeignet für Einsteiger*innen und Geübte, die ihre Praxis vertiefen und ihr Potenzial entfalten möchten.

ALIGNMENT II—Elenas fortgeschrittene Alignment-Klasse vertieft präzise Ausrichtung und Körperbewusstsein in anspruchsvolleren Asanas. Die Praxis richtet sich an erfahrene Übende, die ihre Technik verfeinern und funktionelle Bewegungsmuster besser verstehen möchten. ENERGIZING MORNING FLOW — Thursdays 10–11.15 at YOGA REBELLION–Mitte with Petra Rimkus

Petra discovered yoga in 2008 and quickly developed a deep connection to Jivamukti and Ashtanga. Her classes are based on Ashtanga-inspired, flowing sequences with a strong focus on breath and alignment. Off the mat, she spends as much time as possible surfing, or you’ll find her in the kitchen, where she has been cooking and teaching for over 18 years, sharing her passion with others.

ENERGY FLOW—Take a break during your lunch hour and reconnect with yourself. This class is designed to build warmth, energy, and focus while balancing strength and mindful awareness. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready for the rest of your day.

Starting this Easter Sunday, there’s a new rhythm to your practice. Geraldine is bringing a full trio of classes to the schedule:

HIP OPENERS to start—opening up, creating space, getting things moving.

Followed by FLEXIBILITY LAB—a more focused approach to lengthening the hamstrings and working towards front splits.

And then, YIN YOGA—to slow it all down, release, and let the body settle.

Three different qualities. Easy to combine, easy to stay a little longer. 👉And with our new reduced Drop-in, we made it easier to stay. Every additional class on the same day is just 10 €.

So instead of choosing, you can simply follow along—from opening, to deepening, to letting go. 💫

PRENATAL YOGA — Mondays 13.15–14.15 & POSTNATAL YOGA — Mondays 14.30–15.30 with Kerstin Hurbain at YOGA REBELLION–Mitte

After returning from maternity leave, she brings a deeply personal perspective to her teaching. Having completed additional training in pre- and postnatal yoga, she creates a supportive space for women to navigate the physical and emotional journey of pregnancy and postpartum.

Her approach combines mindful movement, clear alignment, and a strong focus on body awareness — supporting each individual through this transformative phase.

We’re very happy to have Kerstin back at the studio.

We would also like to thank Reva for guiding these classes over the past year, and wish her all the best in her new role. A big thank you as well to Nadine for always stepping in and supporting when needed.

MOBILITY & FLEXIBILITY — Tuesdays 10–11.15 with Buket Elmas at YOGA REBELLION–Mitte

Movement has always guided Buket—from professional volleyball to performing as a dancer. After injuries shifted her path, she discovered the transformative power of yoga, evolving her practice from rehabilitation into a lifelong study of philosophy and flow. She blends Hatha, Vinyasa, mobility, and hand-balancing to encourage others to find their own strength—because movement is medicine.

MOBILITY & FLEXIBILITY—This class focuses on strengthening the body to support increased mobility, joint health, and long-term flexibility, with a strong core-oriented approach throughout. Each week alternates between an upper and lower body focus, incorporating mobility drills using a variety of props, such as yoga blocks and straps, to safely deepen movement, build strength, and support expanded ranges of motion.

Ever wanted to stay a little longer?

You finish a Yin class and feel like moving a little more.
Or you’ve just taken a strong class—and all you want is to slow down, stretch, and stay a bit longer.

But then there’s the practical side: another Drop-In, another booking—maybe your pass is already used up for the day.

So we made it easier: every additional class on the same day is just 10 €*.

Mix and match your practice—movement and stillness, strength and softness, whatever feels right.

Looking forward to seeing you (again) on the mat.

*Only available in the studio. Before your next class starts, let the teacher know you’d like to continue with the reduced Drop-In (as long as the class is not fully booked). The classes do not need to be consecutive.
