This is the very beautiful Casa Inspira, where I have been running weekend retreats for over 10 years. We have exclusive use of the whole house and grounds, making it the perfect escape.

I rarely take my yoga mat or props on holiday with me. Instead, I adapt my practice to suit the space I find myself in, using whatever surface, furniture or objects are available. I filmed this in a small hotel room where the walls, a small ledge and a cupboard door were perfect for creating resistance and/or containment. With a little creativity, I managed hip and shoulder openers, inversions, side stretches, twists and (of course) some quality relaxation time.
