We look forward to celebrating the achievements of our Round 3 participants as they approach the completion of their professional development journey.
As part of their learning journey, 10 participants from Round 3 of the Nursing Management in Hospitals Course took part in an interactive medical tour at Saudi German Hospital – Cairo, bringing their classroom learning closer to the realities of hospital operations.

The visit provided an opportunity to explore nursing department management in a real healthcare setting, connecting key course concepts such as workforce planning, nursing quality, departmental performance indicators (KPIs), and leadership practices with the hospital environment.
