Qualifications:
- MBBCH (medicine and surgery Bachelor’s degree).
- Completed 1-year mandatory internship (emteyaz).
- Commitment to patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluent command of English and Arabic.
- Flexible hours.
Job description:
- Shadowing for at least 3 months.
- Working in the inpatient wards.
- Availability for several nightshifts during the month.
- Attending lectures following the curriculum of the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
- Participating in academic activities (eg. The Behman Journal Club, and case presentations)

دورة "العلاج المعرفي السلوكي لاضطرابات الشخصية" أُقيمت ضمن البرنامج التدريبي بمستشفى البهمان خلال شهر أبريل 2026، وقام بتقديمها:

وقد شملت الدورة جلسات أونلاين وأخرى حضورية بالمستشفى، متناولةً الأساليب والتقنيات العلاجية المستخدمة في العلاج المعرفي السلوكي لاضطرابات الشخصية.

كما أُقيمت ضمن البرنامج التدريبي دورة:
"العلاج المعرفي السلوكي لاضطراب كرب ما بعد الصدمة (PTSD)" خلال شهر فبراير 2026، وقدّمتها:
- أ.د. نرمين عبد الوهاب – أستاذ علم النفس الإكلينيكي بجامعة بني سويف
- منسق برنامج علم النفس الإكلينيكي بجامعة بني سويف

وقد شملت الدورة جلسات أونلاين وأخرى حضورية بالمستشفى، مع تغطية كاملة لتكلفة الدورة لجميع المشاركين من قِبل المستشفى.

A course held as part of The Behman Hospital training program during April 2026 and delivered by:

The course included both online and in-person sessions at the hospital, covering therapeutic approaches and techniques used in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Personality Disorders.

The training program also included:
“Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD),”
held during February 2026 and delivered by:
- Prof. Dr. Nermin Abdelwahab – Professor of Clinical Psychology, Beni Suef University
- Coordinator of the Clinical Psychology Program, Beni Suef University

The course included both online and in-person sessions at the hospital, with all course fees fully covered by the hospital for participants.

في إطار التعاون المشترك بين مستشفى بهمان وهيئة الإسعاف المصرية، نفخر بدورنا في دعم الصحة النفسية للأطقم الإسعافية من خلال تقديم برامج متخصصة تهدف إلى رفع الوعي حول ضغوط العمل الميداني وتأثيراته النفسية، وعلى رأسها ظاهرة الاحتراق النفسي (Burnout).

استهدف هذا التعاون تسليط الضوء على التحديات النفسية التي يواجهها المسعفون باعتبارهم خط الدفاع الأول في التعامل مع الأزمات والكوارث، والعمل على تزويدهم بالأدوات والاستراتيجيات اللازمة للحفاظ على اتزانهم النفسي وتعزيز قدرتهم على التكيف مع الضغوط المستمرة.

كما يأتي هذا الدور في إطار التزام مستشفى بهمان بدعم مؤسسات الدولة ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، والمساهمة في بناء بيئة عمل أكثر صحة وأمانًا، بما ينعكس بشكل إيجابي على جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين
