You get an hour designed to help you slow down, soften and completely switch off.
Join me at Salt Space Hove for a unique Salt & Sound experience, combining the tranquil environment of the salt room with the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls and therapeutic sound.
As the sounds move through the space, allow yourselt to settle deeper into stillness — releasing the noise of the week, relaxing the body and creating space for the mind to quieten.
