Wow. I woke up this morning realising I’m only back a week from Ireland☘️🌴

This time last Sunday, I was standing in Knock Airport with my coat on.
This morning, I’m about to change into my swimsuit for a bask in the sea pools. ☀️🌊

And I’m noticing the landing has felt soft this time.

Because that’s not always the way.

There are times, as an Irish woman living abroad and loving her life here, when I crave the homeland. I know when it’s time to go home, immerse myself in the green, the land, the energy, my people.

And on return sometimes the landing(ie. settling back in) takes a little while.

But this time, I’ve landed gently.

Straight back into weaving and creating for the women arriving on retreat next week. And honestly, this time of year here is just QUEEN.

The sea pools are warm.
The sun is gorgeous.
The days are long.
The village is quieter now the summer buzz has passed — a little like Bundoran or Rossnowlagh after the height of summer.

It feels like we have the place to ourselves.

And this morning I’m sitting here absolutely chuffed in my sense of belonging to both places.

Ireland fills me in one way.
Lanzarote fills me in another.

And this place gives me so much vitality.

I love that I get to share that with you too.

To offer you space here to retreat.
To do the deeper work.
To restore your energy and vitality.
To reconnect with the fullness of YOU.

I have two beautiful retreat experiences still open this autumn in the coming months October and November — both gorgeous months here as the cooler days begin to arrive across northern Europe.

Gathering the Gold ✨
Totally immersed back into it here in Lanzarote this week.
Straight into creation
It’s been such a soft landing — still riding on the nourishment of my weeks in Ireland, while sinking straight back into the gorgeousness of life here.
The warm dry .
The sea pools.
This Home.
Next week's retreat named Gathering the Gold has been landing in.
The guidance and download for next week has been coming through intuitively and I am SO excited.
Four women.
All returning.

Women who have retreated with me several times before.
And this shifts the work.
We’re not beginning again.
We’re expanding from everything already gathered.
This one is about Fullness.
Potential.
Desire.
Recognising what is already strong and thriving and asking.....what becomes possible from here?

There's a buzz creating for women I know this well.
I know what will stretch them, what will delight them, what will make them laugh. And when women return, the retreat has to move with them.
So I keep it fruity . 😂
Depth and expansion work, gorgeous food, sea, wellness, celebration, surprises, goddess moments and plenty of fun — while being exceptionally well cared for.

Seriously… I get to call this my work?

I open the doors to four women who perhaps haven't been fully living lately. Life, loss or change may have taken more than they realised. They're functioning, getting on with it but something inside is saying:

That feeling of Belonging ☘️🌴☘️🌴
Tayto are like a warm hug when you are landing .

Thank you for your shared resonating with my words about relocation, transformation and the liberation that can come from moving lands.Its lush to hear you .

And also with the other side of it — the longing, the loneliness at times, and the pull of the homeland you have left.

Thank you for your messages, your stories and for sharing . Clearly, this conversation touched something in many of us.

And now I’m back on the sunny island , my land of liberation !

The sun is shining bright. The sea pools are almost tepid warm at this time of year. The windows are open to salty air and I can peel back the layers again flip-flops, bare skin, simplicity.
I love this the wearing less...I will say I struggle being muffled up or even wearing socks & shoes now I've got used to floating Goddess gowns and kaftans .

After weeks of flying around trying to make every moment count in Ireland, I can feel myself landing.

But Ireland has come home with me too.

Voice notes travelling back and forth with the people I love. Irish Potato Crisps . Brown bread. Little tastes and sounds and conversations that somehow bridge the miles.

Maybe this is what I understand more deeply now:

I don't have to choose one place to belong.

Living here is a choice I made, and it is a choice that suits me beautifully.

And because I know it is a choice, I also know I am free to choose differently whenever my heart asks me to.

I can go home more.
I can stay longer.
I can create a life that holds both.

Perhaps that is the greatest liberation of all.

To know that belonging doesn't have to be either/or.

For now, I’m landing.
Sun on my skin.
Salt in the air.
Cheese and onion in my taste buds
Ireland still close.

And feeling very grateful for the freedom to call more than one place home.

I’m feeling so much restoration in this trip to the homelands ...I've filled my cup ..I've nourished my spirit , I've felt held in the love and moving forward now into the next piece where my eyes are turning towards Lanzarote and the opening of my winter retreat season there ✨
I return to the island next week to the lovely warm dry and the nourishing sea pools . I'm also returning to welcome four mighty gems of women who have retreated with me in Lanzarote many times before.
These women are, in so many ways, the testimony of this work.
I have witnessed their transformation, their courage, their expansion — and it feels incredibly special to begin this new season with them in a 4 night immersion Gathering the Gold.
And then, in October, I open a retreat invitation again…
This time to four women who really need space in this time .

Sometimes the dreams we hold for ourselves ask us to step beyond what feels comfortable.
Today is one of those days for me.
For a long time, I’ve felt the pull to make myself available in a bigger way — to share the wisdom I’ve gathered through my own life, losses, changes, old conditioning and my own journey into greater freedom.
I do this when women gather with me in circles and retreats… but there’s always been that whisper:
There’s more.
And on this trip home, the nudge was clear:
Now. Bring it home.
So tonight, in my hometown of Ballyshannon, I’m stepping outside my own comfort zone and hosting MORE LIFE.
And yes, this one feels vulnerable. Sometimes it’s easier to stand before strangers than to bring who you’ve become back home.
But it also feels deeply beautiful — and full of gratitude for the town and people who have held me through so many chapters of my life.
Because this is what tonight is about:
We are still here.
We are alive.
And there is MORE LIFE available to us.
I don’t know exactly who will be sitting in that room tonight, but I can already feel the energy building.

I very much live my life trusting divine timing.

I lead that way too.

Trusting the nudges.
Trusting the alignment.
Trusting that sometimes people, opportunities and spaces arrive at exactly the moment they are meant to.

That’s very much how myself and Siobhán came together — and how, for the second time, we find ourselves preparing to hold this beautiful retreat space for women.

And maybe there’s divine timing in this for you too.

There’s something really special for me about bringing this evening home to Ballyshannon next Wednesday.

This event came in very loud and very clear for me — to offer this space, to bring people together and to share the energy, inspiration and empowerment that I know can happen when we gather in a room together.

Offering a session in this way has been nudging me for a while. As I know it can reach and make my work available to more of you . It's exciting and it even pushes me a little outside my comfort zone — in a good way which is a good thing !
And really, it’s what I’ve been doing for years through retreats, circles and the spaces I hold.

This is a vibrant evening out . A couple of hours for you .

I know not everybody wants or has the time for a longer, deeper experience .

And maybe that opportunity is now.

Life can be busy.
Life can be chaotic.
We can get so caught up in everything we're carrying and doing that we forget to ask:

Am I fully living?

A deeply restorative weekend for women, here in beautiful Ballyshannon, Donegal, Ireland.

This is our second year creating and holding this space together, and we’ve seen the fruits of what happens when women give themselves the time, space and permission to truly come home to themselves.

The women who joined us last year are still experiencing the ripple of that weekend — the transformation, the personal growth, the deeper connection and the shifts that continue to unfold long after they returned home.

Because this is not simply a weekend away.

This is a deeply nourishing weekend.
