We offer immersive Residential Tantra Retreats to share our deep knowledge and experience we gained over the years in Authentic Tantric Practices, Yoga, Meditation and Tantra massage. We are Ivan and Stella, certified Tantra Massage teachers and Advanced Tantra Massage therapists with over five years of experience in Authentic Tantra

Sexual Energy Massage. However, our life paths have developed that way that in 2015 we came across Tantra teachings which had very deep impact on us. We decided to follow Tantric path and started looking for more meaning and purpose in our lives. Motivated to help others to realize the beauty and power that Tantra Massage can offer we joined Authentic Tantra School and became qualified Tantra massage therapists. With experience we also became dedicated to passing on this authentic knowledge to others. We dived deeper into Authentic Tantra teachings and became qualified Tantra massage teachers in 2019. After that we opened successful residential Tantra massage school located in beautiful, always warm and sunny island of Tenerife. Now we offer extraordinary Tantra massage courses for small groups and private teachings for couples and individuals. You can also experience Authentic Tantra massage with us. A good experience of receiving ta***ic massage depends on three key factors:

First, control of the mind — learning to stay present instead of being caught in expectation or anticipation.

Second, the state of the physical body — supporting it through cleansing, purification, and detox practices. When the physical body is cleaner, the energetic channels can open more easily, allowing energy to flow more freely.

And third, your inner attitude — acceptance of whatever arises, without resistance or rejection.

When these three elements come together, the experience becomes deeper, more natural, and more transformative.

Why do women hesitate around Ta**ra?

In this short talk, I share why Ta**ra is often misunderstood by women and why caution around Ta**ra is not fear, but wisdom.

Many women associate Ta**ra with sexuality or unsafe practices, yet true Ta**ra is about embodiment, healing, and reconnecting with the body. Healing cannot happen only through the mind — the body must be included in the process.

Ta**ra invites women to gently awaken their life force energy (Shakti), allowing healing, growth, and reconnection with their femininity and true self.

How a woman remains a Woman

So much is expected from a woman.
To be strong, yet soft.
Present, yet gentle.

She is asked to give love,
to hold space,
to remain graceful—
no matter what life brings.

She has so many roles
A loving partner.
A mother.
A woman with purpose.
Rooted in the world,
yet called by something higher.

She inspires.
She supports.
She protects.
She holds everything together—
often silently.
But she cannot give
from emptiness.
Without inner nourishment,
even the strongest woman
slowly dims.

So how does a woman remain a Woman?

She reconnects to the Source.
She charges herself from within.
Ta***ic practices awaken
her inner power,
her light,
her depth.

Only when she is full
can she truly give.
Only when her light is alive within
can she illuminate
the path for others.
