Some journeys stay with your heart long after they have ended.
Today is one of those days.
A year ago, just after my book was published, I launched a coaching program that had lived in my heart for a long time. One beautiful, courageous woman chose to trust the unknown. She was the very first to say yes. Yes to herself. Yes to change. Yes to the possibility that life could become something even closer to who she truly is.
For the past year, we have walked that journey together. Almost every coaching session took place online, yet it never felt as though we were separated by distance. Transformation has its own way of bringing people together.
What has unfolded has been nothing short of beautiful.
Today, I see a woman who stands firmly in herself. She knows her values. She trusts her own inner voice. She no longer needs the approval of others to make the choices that are right for her. Instead, she moves through life with quiet confidence, grounded in who she is, while feeling more connected than ever—to herself, to others, and to life.
And then came one final little miracle.
Just after our last coaching session, she began a completely new chapter: a new job that brings together everything she has learned throughout her life with the values she has now chosen to lead by. A role she had never had before, yet one that feels as though it had been waiting for this very version of her.
I often say that when we begin to live in alignment with who we truly are, life starts meeting us in unexpected ways. Not because life suddenly becomes easy, but because we begin walking in the same direction as our own deepest truth.
I believe the universe has a quiet and mysterious way of responding to courage.
I couldn't be happier for her and I am incredibly proud of her—not because she changed into someone new, but because she had the courage to become more fully herself.
And I feel deeply honoured that I was allowed to walk beside her for a small, but meaningful, part of that journey.
Thank you for your trust. It has been a privilege beyond words. ❤️
