After a month of rest, renewal, and reconnecting with body and mind, I’m returning with deeper knowledge of traditional Thai massage wisdom, along with meditation and chanting practices that help restore balance and energy.

This time away has been a beautiful journey of learning, healing, and strengthening the foundation of my practice.
