Our EPiC MEN Community Walk & Talk will be back this Sunday at Haigh Hall Country Park.

📍 Meet outside the Information Centre

Everyone is welcome – family, friends, children and dogs 🐕.

This is more than just a walk. It's about bringing people together, building connections, supporting one another and creating a stronger community. Whether you want a chat, some fresh air, or simply to be around positive people, we'd love to see you there.

After months of planning, hard work, and excitement, the wait is over! Tonight we open the doors to our 4th EPiC MEN group at Sunshine House, Scholes.

EPiC MEN is a place with no judgement, no pressure, and no expectations. Just men supporting men in a safe and welcoming environment where you can talk, listen, and get things off your chest.

Our unique 6-question structure helps create conversation, encourages men to open up, and most importantly, helps us move forward one step at a time. Whether you're struggling, feeling isolated, or simply want to connect with others, you'll be welcomed exactly as you are.

EPiC MEN is a safe, non-judgemental space where men can come exactly as they are. Whether you're struggling, feeling isolated, looking for support, or simply want to connect with others who understand, you'll be welcomed by our amazing peer mentors and members.

Our unique 6-question structure helps create meaningful conversations, encourages men to open up, reflect, and most importantly, move forward. It gives every man the opportunity to share, listen, and take positive steps towards better mental health and wellbeing.
