🏆 Two of our team have been named finalists at the Leaders in Care Awards 2026.

One of Tajana customers calls her simply "my best friend." Another says she has a heart of gold. Colleagues say she's never off sick and always has time for the little extra, a longer chat, a bit of extra help, that no rota would ever ask for. Tajana, our Senior Carer, is a finalist for Frontline Carer of the Year.

"No task is beneath her and no concern goes ignored." That's how colleagues describe Kayley, our Registered Care Manager. Her Franchise Owner says he has complete peace of mind knowing she runs the business with real professionalism, without ever losing sight of the people at the centre of it.
