Megan is one of those people who brightens the room. Bubbly. friendly and always enjoys having a chat with her clients, helping them feel comfortable, valued and supported.

🌸Following our recent outstanding inspection results, including achieving a Grade 6-sector Leading, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Care Co-ordinator to join our supportive and friendly team.
🌸This job involves:
-Coordinating staff rotas and care calls efficiently
-Supporting the Smooth day to day running of the service
-Responding to changes in care needs and emergencies
-Providing support and guidance to care staff
-Liasing with service users, families and healthcare professionals
-Participating in the on- call rota
-Ensuring high standards of care and continuity for our clients
-Helping maintain compliance and excellent service delivery

🌸We are looking for someone who is:
-Compassionate, organised and reliable
-Calm under pressure with excellent problem solving skills
-A strong communicator with good IT skills
-Able to work independently and as part of a team
-Experienced within domiciliary care or care coordination (preferred)
-Passionate about delivering exceptional person-centred care
🌸This job entails working a four week rota averaging at 30hours per week.
🌸Applicant must have a driving license with access to own vehicle.

Today we celebrate an incredible milestone for our wonderful Carrie, who marks 11 years with Flourish 🥳
For over a decade, Carrie has been the very definition of what outstanding care should look like. She consistently goes above and beyond for our clients, showing endless compassion, dedication and kindness every single day. To say she spoils our clients just a little would probably be true -but that extra care and attention is exactly what makes her so special.
Carrie's commitment has not gone unnoticed and we are so proud that she was recognised as Social Care TV Carer of the Month - a well deserved achievement for someone who gives so much of herself to others.
Carrie thankyou for 11 years of loyalty, hardwork and for being such an important part of the Flourish family. Our clients, their families and all of us here are so lucky to have you.

Support Workers will be required to support people living at home with personal care, meal preparation, daily living tasks and a variety of other tasks such as support to access the community or attend appointments.

You should be able to engage fully with the people receiving support with a caring and professional approach.

Essential for this position:

The ability to maintain high standards of care and support in service users’ homes.

The desire and commitment to support others and to deliver the highest level of care is essential.

Willingness to undertake induction and ongoing training

Willing to join the PVG scheme

Willing to register with the SSSC within 3 months of employment commencing
