Find the courage to be brave. 💖🏕️🔥

A year ago, I wrote down a list of dream people I’d love to work with.
and Self Love Camp was on it.

Fast forward to now and I’ve created the branding, illustrations + social assets for the festival, + I’ll be running a workshop there too.

Proof that sometimes you just have to say the thing out loud, do the god dam work, and trust that life might surprise you.

Gorg bank hol mon market with my hilarious little nutter side kick… you made the whole day very fun!

She was so excited to come with me she ran in at 5am 😂 Matching outfits obvs! We sang the whole way there….she slept the whole way back!!!!

Loved seeing the gorg Bonnie, & meeting so many lovely people!

Went to Berlin at the weekend….

It was a mix of wellness, psychedelics, nervous system healing, colour /sound therapy, breathwork, cacao, it was sooooo interesting.

One talk was all about how we hypnotise ourselves with negative self talk👀… and how the brain can actually rewire itself.

Which makes sense why I’m so obsessed with creating things that mix up that pattern a bit.
Not in a healing guru way 😭

Just teeny reminders to be a bit kinder to ourselves in the CHAOS of everyday life.

After all the wellness, I did catch a throat infection, nice one easy jet…if you noticed my weird voice, it feels like my throat has swollen up!
