This amazing young lady joined Navigate Nutrition with a goal of improving her fitness, health, and overall wellbeing—while still enjoying life to the fullest.

With a busy lifestyle that includes dance classes, attending football and rugby matches, enjoying her favourite dark cider, and celebrating special occasions with family and friends, she wanted a sustainable approach that fitted around her life rather than taking over it.

After just 29 weeks, her results have been incredible:

Body Composition Improvements
⬇️ Body fat reduced by 10.8%
⬆️ Hydration increased by 7.1%
⬇️ Metabolic age reduced to 4 years younger than her actual age
⬇️ Visceral fat now sits within the excellent range

Body Transformation Results
⬇️ 54cm (21.2 inches) lost overall
⬇️ 14.1kg (2 stone 3lb) lost

This gorgeous lady became a member of Navigate Nutrition just 9 weeks ago after seeing the success of other members.

Like many people, she was extremely sceptical, saying, “I’ve tried everything — even the jab — and I don’t lose weight, so I’ll give you two weeks.”

When I asked her to give up her 8-ish cups of coffee for those two weeks, I thought she was going to kill me! 🫣 We’ve shared many laughs since.

But just look at these results:

⬇️ 3.1% body fat
⬆️ 2% hydration
⬇️ 1 unit visceral fat

Body transformation:

⬇️ 50cm (19.6 inches)

At Navigate Nutrition, we know that wellbeing is about so much more than nutrition. It's about connection, feeling supported, and having a sense of belonging.

As Loneliness Awareness Week begins, it's important to remember that loneliness is not always visible.

Some people feel lonely:-
🌱 in a crowded room
🌱 in relationships
🌱 because they don't feel understood
🌱 because they have spent so long carrying life's challenges on their own
🌱 because of grief of a partner, relative, friend or pet

Loneliness is a human experience, and it can affect anyone at any stage of life. It doesn't mean there is something wrong with you.

Sometimes the smallest acts of connection can make the biggest difference — a friendly chat, a shared cup of tea, a smile, or simply knowing that someone cares.

At Navigate Nutrition, we're passionate about creating a welcoming space where people can come together, build confidence, make connections and feel part of a community.

This week, let's start conversations about loneliness, connection and belonging. Let's check in with friends, neighbours, family members and colleagues. And if you're struggling yourself, know that reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Q: How are you feeling, Jordann?
A: Absolutely amazing! I don't know why I didn't just start sooner.

Q: Congratulations on losing your first stone. What have been your non-scale victories?
A: I can already see changes in my body shape. I can already feel my clothes are loser. I'm excited to see my next results. I'm also feeling much more energetic already.

Q: Are you spending more money on food and products?
A: Absolutely not! I'm no longer buying takeaways every week, chocolate, sweets, and cakes. Me and the kids are now eating great, filling food. The kids are loving it, and they both enjoy making their own healthier pizzas. I'm actually spending less money, so it's a win-win.

Q: What do you like about Navigate Nutrition?
A: Before joining Navigate Nutrition, I was attending a weekly slimming club. I'd lose a pound here and there, but I found it difficult to stay motivated. Coming here is very different. I'm learning how to fuel my body with great food, and I believe the consistency and accountability really help. Planning and documenting my day, every day, sets me up for success.

💙 Carers Week 2026 | 8th–14th June 💙

Carers Week has a special meaning for me personally.

My late husband passed away nine years ago after a five-year battle with amyloidosis. During those years, I was working full-time in a highly stressful career while also caring for him. Looking back, I realise that I began grieving long before he passed, and when I lost him, that grief became even deeper.

Like many carers, I focused all my energy on supporting someone I loved and often put my own health and wellbeing to one side.

That experience taught me how important it is for carers to look after themselves too.

As a wellness coach, I now understand how easily stress, exhaustion, grief, and caring responsibilities can affect our eating habits, energy levels, and overall wellbeing. Something as simple as eating regular meals, staying hydrated, and taking small moments for yourself can make a real difference.

This Carers Week, I want to say a heartfelt thank you to all unpaid carers. The support, compassion, and dedication you give every day often goes unseen, but it matters more than you know.

Following a difficult period, Sam decided it was time to prioritise her own mental and physical wellbeing – and joined us earlier this year.

What a journey it has been!

Sam has lost over a stone in weight and an amazing 48cm overall and even dropped a dress size too 🙌

Even better, she feels healthier, happier and more confident than ever. She has already enjoyed two holidays with her hubby this year, including a recent trip to Cyprus where she confidently rocked a two-piece swimsuit. 👙☀️🕶️

At Navigate Nutrition, we also work with people who want to improve their fitness, endurance, recovery and overall performance.

Greg joined us 9 weeks ago as he prepared for marathon season. While he has achieved some fantastic body composition improvements, his main focus was improving his fitness levels and running performance.
