This amazing young lady joined Navigate Nutrition with a goal of improving her fitness, health, and overall wellbeing—while still enjoying life to the fullest.
With a busy lifestyle that includes dance classes, attending football and rugby matches, enjoying her favourite dark cider, and celebrating special occasions with family and friends, she wanted a sustainable approach that fitted around her life rather than taking over it.
After just 29 weeks, her results have been incredible:
Body Composition Improvements

⬇️ Metabolic age reduced to 4 years younger than her actual age
