Yesterday we staged our annual Texas Scramble Open, sponsored by: Jamie R Rodgers Funeral Directors Ltd. 21 teams entered and the weather stayed mostly fair apart from a few showers later in the day. Local knowledge certainly prevailed with all 3 prizes being won by home teams despite 5 teams finishing on nett51. All scores finished 10under par, but congratulations to Kieran, Iain, Rory and Rory for winning with a net48.

Many thanks to our sponsor, green , catering and clubhouse staff. Special mention again to Graham MacDonald for taking on the mantle as starter for the day.

Our next event is the Ladies Team Open on Friday 3rd July followed by the Badenoch Open in conjunction with Newtonmore Golf Club on Sunday 12th July.
