As a small business owner, every booking, share, recommendation, like, comment and kind word means so much more than you could imagine.

When I started SweetDreams, my goal was simple. Create a welcoming, supportive space where parents and carers could connect, make memories with their little ones, and find a village that understands the highs and lows of parenthood.

From baby massage and storybook sessions to watching friendships grow between both little ones and parents, every class reminds me why I love what I do.

Running a small business isn’t always easy, but seeing your smiles, hearing your feedback, and watching your babies grow is what keeps me going.

So for Small Business Week, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to every family who has attended a class, shared a post, recommended SweetDreams to a friend, or supported us in any way. You are helping a small local business continue to grow and thrive. 💜

✨📚 Our Storybook Massage & Play Sessions Have Begun! 📚✨

What a lovely morning we had at the start of our Storybook Massage journey today. 💛

It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces returning, welcome mums whose baby massage journey has come to an end but who wanted to continue making special memories with us, and of course lots of lovely new mums and little ones joining the Sweet Dreams family for the first time. 🥰

Today we enjoyed singing 5 Little Speckled Frogs 🐸, exploring toys, sharing smiles, and having a good old catch up together. Sometimes the simplest moments are the most special.

Most importantly, thanks to every single family who booked onto these sessions, our Storybook Massage classes have now covered our rent for July! 🎉

As a small business, that support means more than you know. Every booking, recommendation, share, and kind word helps us take another little step towards keeping our doors open and continuing to provide a warm, welcoming space for local families. 💕

What a lovely start to our new 5-week baby massage block 🤍

It was so lovely to meet all of our new families and welcome you into class. Thank you for choosing to spend part of your day with us I can’t wait to get to know you all over the coming weeks.

A little reminder for any parents who may be worrying about how their little one settled today… it’s completely normal if things didn’t go exactly to plan. Baby massage isn’t always sunshine and rainbows, and that’s absolutely okay! 🌈

For your baby, today was a lot to take in:
✨ A new room
✨ New faces
✨ New sounds
✨ New smells
✨ A completely new environment

Some babies sleep through it all, some are happy and content, and some may cry or seem unsettled. Every response is normal, and there is never any pressure for your baby to take part in every massage stroke. Sometimes simply cuddling, feeding, comforting, or watching is exactly what they need.

The classes are just as much about creating a relaxed and supportive space for you as they are about the massage itself. Please don’t ever worry if your little one needs extra cuddles during class, we’ve all been there! 🤍

I thoroughly enjoyed meeting every one of you today and I’m already looking forward to seeing you all next week.

Our next beautiful term of Baby Massage starts this August and I’d love to welcome you and your little one along. 🤍

👶 Suitable from birth until crawling
🧸 A relaxed and welcoming environment for you and your baby
💆‍♀️ Learn massage routines for all the areas of your little one over 5 weeks
💕 Support bonding, relaxation, sleep, digestion and colic relief
☕ Time to connect with other local parents

August Term Dates:

📅 Monday Class – Starts 17th August
📅 Tuesday Class – Starts 18th August
Both days have session times of 10am & 11:45am

Each session includes guided massage techniques, reflexology, sensory activities and plenty of time to enjoy special moments with your baby.

Booking Options:

💷 Cash Payment Option
Spaces can be secured with a deposit, with the remaining balance payable in cash.

🌿✨ Our June Baby Massage Term Starts Today! ✨🌿

Today and Tuesday we will be welcoming lots of lovely families to the start of our June Baby Massage term, and I can’t wait to meet you all! 💕

Whether you’re joining us for the very first time or returning for another term, a warm welcome awaits you and your little one.

This week we’ll be starting our journey together by learning gentle leg and foot massage techniques 👣. These soothing strokes can help your baby relax, support circulation, and provide a wonderful opportunity for bonding and connection.

There’s no pressure for babies to participate throughout the whole session, babies will always be babies! Feed, cuddle, change nappies, or simply sit and enjoy the company whenever you need to. 🤍

I’m so excited to spend the next few weeks with you, creating a calm and nurturing space for you and your little ones. All preparation messages have been sent out too ☺️

We have doorbells on both entrances to the building. Please ring the buzzer on whichever side you arrive at and I’ll come and let you in 🤍

📍 Studio24 Entrance – Wellington Lane
This entrance is level access with no steps, making it suitable for prams and easy access.

📍 Wellington Square Entrance
Please note this entrance has steps into the building and is not suitable for prams.

It’s been so lovely spending time with you all, watching the little ones relax, splash, explore and enjoy such special moments together. I’m so grateful for every family that chooses to come along and support my little business 💛

These sessions are always so special, and I’ve loved creating these memories with you all. Thank you for all the chats, smiles, cuddles and support over the last few days. I can’t wait to do our Summer Bath & Spa sessions already 😁
