A huge thank you to APEX Strength Training Kilmarnock for having me over the past 10 weeks! 💜

Teaching Pilates is such a big part of my job, and being invited to bring our physio-led Pilates classes to APEX has been amazing.

The welcome I’ve received has been fantastic, and it’s been a pleasure bringing Pilates into such a friendly and supportive environment. 🧘‍♀️

I’m so grateful for the opportunity and can’t wait to be back in January! 🙌
