Hayfever season is upon us and it’s brutal. So many of my clients already purchase dōTERRA oils from me but this is a wee reminder of how to use them to ease hayfever/allergy symptoms.

💧2 drops of each in a shot glass of water and drink (can do 4 drops of each in pint glass and drink during day)

💧5 drops of each in a 5ml roller bottle and top up with carrier oil and roll round bone area around eye and down sides of nose

💧2 drops of each in diffuser and diffuse during the day (also smells amazing, freshens your home naturally and uplifts mood)

💧2 drops of each in a veggie caps and drink with glass of water

Honestly she only comes to see Phoenix and not for a massage lol. The very fact she has dog treats on her Tesco’s delivery but she doesn’t own a dog speaks volumes 😆😆😆
