We will be holding a friendly and practical talk about making a Will in England and Wales. 16/07/26 @11:30 at Bargoed care home, all welcome.
The session will explain:
• Why having a Will matters
• What happens if someone dies without one
• How to make sure the right people inherit
• How a Will can help avoid family disputes
• When trusts may be useful
• Common mistakes that can cause problems later
• Why using a solicitor gives extra protection and peace of mind
This talk is suitable for residents, families, carers and staff. It is especially useful for anyone who has not made a Will, has an old Will, or is unsure whether their current Will still reflects their wishes.
There will also be time for questions at the end and anyone in attendance will have the opportunity to speak with me afterwards if they would have any specific questions they would like to ask about their circumstances or if they would like arrange a professionally prepared Will.
