The NHS App is now one of the main ways GP practices, hospitals and NHS services send important information to patients, including appointment updates, messages, test results, repeat prescription information and other health updates.
If you are not using the NHS App, you may miss faster and easier access to important NHS information.
To support our patients, Pinfold Medical Practice is running NHS App support clinics. These clinics will run from 11:00am to 3:00pm on the following dates:
Thursday 16 July
Friday 17 July
Monday 27 July
Friday 31 July
Each appointment will be 30 minutes. Please book in advance so that we can make sure there is enough time to help you properly.
Our team can help with:
📱downloading the NHS App
📱registering for the first time
📱sorting login or credential problems
📱linking your NHS account to your GP record
📱showing you how to use the app properly
Important: if you need help registering for the first time, you must bring suitable photo ID.
Accepted photo ID includes:
🛩current passport
🚗current UK driving licence
💳European national identity card
💳CitizenCard
Bus passes are not accepted for NHS App identity verification.
Please also bring your NHS number, your mobile phone, and access to the email address you want to use for the NHS App.
Couples are welcome to come together, but each person must have their own individual NHS App access. Please do not share one login between two people. Individual access is important to avoid confusion and to make sure each patient can safely view their own NHS information.
Please do not leave this until you urgently need access. Book a support slot now and make sure your NHS App is working before you need it.
