But if you’re only doing dumbbells, you could be missing out on gains.

Cuffed cable laterals provide more tension in the stretched position, more loaded range of motion, and often a smoother shoulder path.

Use both. Grow more. 💪

Don’t just move the weight! Make the muscle do the work.

Slow down the reps, control the eccentric, and squeeze at the end range. Most people could get more growth from the same weight simply by removing momentum and increasing tension.

I currently have **2 spaces available for my Hybrid Coaching programme starting this month.**

Hybrid Coaching combines the best parts of online coaching and personal training, making it ideal for people who want expert guidance, accountability and support, without needing to commit to weekly PT sessions.

Over the years, I've found that many people don't necessarily need to train with a coach every week, but they do need a clear plan, regular accountability, and someone to help keep them on track. That's exactly what this service is designed to provide.

Here's what's included:

✅ One in-person PT session per month at Littledown Gym

✅ A personalised training programme tailored to your goals

✅ Weekly online check-ins and progress reviews

✅ Ongoing support, guidance and accountability

Your monthly session allows us to work on technique, form, movement quality and progression, while the online coaching keeps you consistent and moving towards your goals between sessions.
