Not a perfectly packaged story, but a real one.

One that moved through rock bottom, through anxiety and OCD, through the slow and sometimes messy process of coming home to yourself.

Every unbecoming looks different, incremental for some and exponential for others. Neither is better, simply your own unfolding.

A few years ago, my life had suddenly felt like I was living for someone else. Values that weren’t my own, perspectives, outlooks, behaviors and career choice. All felt off.

It’s not to say they weren’t acceptable, simply not mine.

So from there I slowly reconstructed every aspect of my life from the ground up.

I’m still in that process.

And now? My life is absolutely mine, intentioned created with my essence at the core of it, led by my values.

Starting from now, our Thursday sessions will begin at 7:45pm (instead of 8:00pm), with arrival from 7:30pm onwards.

Same day, same location, same relaxing experience, just a slightly earlier start to ease you into the evening a little sooner 🌙
