When we have pain in our body, its not necessarily just muscle pain. It is your body letting you know that there is something you need to let go of. You are holding on to a part that no longer resonates with the version of you right now.

When we are able to let go, our bodies are so thankful. Being able to release old patterns that we think are keeping us safe. Or allowing a part of you to be born and blossom.

If you are delayed, if your work does not seem to be developing as you hoped, do not be despondent or disheartened, but be thankful that you are being trained for greater initiation. No great or good work is ever accomplished with out patient preparation. Every detail of the soul's work must be perfectly done. So be patient in your work, patient with all the happenings of your daily life, and especially be patient with your companions.

I have recently been invited to ride a horse!
I have never riden a horse before, although it scares me i am looking forward to having the experience.
I believe horses to be very powerful animals with great healing power. Like every animal they have the power to heal us humans.
They bring unconditional love. And its only our feelings towards them that determines how they react. If we bring peace and calmness when we meet them they will match our feelings.

And actually this also is the case with every human we come into contact with. What energy we bring to meet a person, The other person will mirror back to us.

Be mindful.

I love the work that i do. I can even say its not really work for me! I love seeing the transformations my clients have. Being able to recognize the true blocks that were hiding, preventing them from moving forward. Having the clarity and peace that allowed them to make solid goals without fear. And following through with them. Changing their outlook on their life and knowing that brighter days are there to be had!
