This little one has experienced so much at Soft Steps and today was his first Glow Explore session. His mum said she loved how relaxing it was, and after a very early start to their day, I think it was just the kind of session they both needed ☺️

So glad to have them joining the All Access Crew 💛

A Soft Steps moment that meant so much 🥹💛

One of our little regulars became quite overwhelmed during his visit today. His mum got up to support him, but he already knew exactly what he needed and headed straight for our calm room 💛

After having some time and space to regulate, he came back out ready to play again 🥹

Seeing him recognise that he was becoming overwhelmed and independently choosing a space that he has learned is safe and calming for him was absolutely incredible.

This is exactly why the calm room exists 🫶

Sometimes the biggest moments at Soft Steps are the quiet ones 💛

We're giving our first Dads Night a go at the Soft Steps community hub!

Fancy getting out the house for an hour? Come along for a cuppa, a chat and meet other local dads.

We'll have cards, dominoes and a few games on the table if anyone fancies them, and you're more than welcome to bring a takeaway along too! 🥡

We’ll be at Whitburn Juniors Football Club on 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟯𝘁𝗵 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 from 5pm–9pm for an evening of bingo, pies & peas, raffles, tombola and some fantastic prizes!
