Strength training after 40 isn't just about how you look. 🏋🏾‍♀️

It's one of the most evidence-backed interventions available for women in perimenopause.

Here's why.

Every time you lift, your muscles become better at taking up glucose from your bloodstream — which directly improves insulin sensitivity. The very mechanism that gets disrupted as oestrogen declines.

You're also raising your metabolic floor — the amount of energy your body burns just to function. All day. Even at rest.
