🌿 Spiritual Exercise: “Let Go of What No Longer Serves You”
Find a quiet place and dedicate 10–15 minutes to yourself.
Instructions:
Take a piece of paper and answer the following questions honestly:
✍️ What is currently weighing most heavily on my heart or mind?
✍️ What thought, belief, emotion, or situation am I carrying with me, even though I know it is taking away my peace?
✍️ What am I truly afraid of when I think about letting it go?
✍️ What could enter my life if I created space for it and allowed this to leave?
Then read through your answers and complete this sentence:
“Today I choose to release __________ because I deserve __________.”
Finally, close your eyes and imagine yourself putting down this burden. Don't fight it or judge it. Thank it for the lesson it brought into your life, and allow it to leave.
🔥 If you wish, you can symbolically tear up the paper or safely burn it as a sign that you are ready for change.

What in your life is waiting not for more effort, but for you to let it go?
