Meet Toni, our lovely Clinic Coordinator 🤍

If you’ve ever been in touch with the clinic, chances are you’ve already spoken to Toni!

From managing appointments and answering your questions to offering support before and after treatment, Toni is here to make your experience as smooth and comfortable as possible.

You’ll find her in our Donaghadee clinic, but she’s also just a message or phone call away if you’d prefer to have a chat. Whether you’re a new patient feeling a little nervous or a familiar face with a question, Toni is always happy to help.

They say your vibe attracts your tribe…and I think I’ve found mine.

One of my favourite parts of this job will always be the people I get to meet along the way.

Yes, we talk treatments. But we also talk work, kids, relationships, holidays, life…and usually have a good laugh somewhere in between.

If you are in my chair, I am very lucky to have you 🤍

For our brand ambassador, Aisling , choosing an aesthetics clinic wasn’t something she took lightly.

After cancer, treatment and being thrown into an early medical menopause, she wanted to feel a little more like herself again - but who she trusted with her face really mattered.

She chose Dr Amy because she wanted a medical doctor, she loved the natural results she’d seen here on Instagram, and, with non-surgical rhinoplasty and profile balancing in mind, she wanted someone with real experience in this area.

Sometimes choosing a practitioner is about much more than the treatment itself. We’re so pleased Aisling chose us - and even more pleased to have her as our brand ambassador 🤍

“Can you make me look natural… like you?”

I hear this all the time, which always makes me smile because I’ve had a LOT done 😂

The difference is, you shouldn’t necessarily be able to tell. For me, good aesthetics isn’t about looking like you’ve had nothing done. It’s about treatments working together, over time, to keep everything balanced and still looking like you.

Natural doesn’t always mean no treatment. Sometimes, it means really well-planned treatment.

There are many reasons I don’t share every before & after…

Some husbands don’t know. Some families still think it’s good genetics. Some patients have mysteriously booked a “dentist appointment” at the exact same time as their treatment (a great excuse for any swelling and bruising). And apparently SPF is responsible for quite a lot around here 😂

Patient confidentiality always comes first. BUT…if you’re one of my patients and you’re happy for me to share your before & after pics, please slide into my DMs. I have a camera roll full of results I’d love to show off 👀

A weekend in Liverpool, but not quite a weekend off…

Two days of training, including ultrasound with Dr MJ Rowland-Warmann | Aesthetics & Complication Clinic and a training day with Dr Yusra BDS(Hons)BSc(Hons) PgCert MFDS MJDF RCS - learning new skills, refining old ones and, as always, coming home with about 400 new things I want to introduce into clinic 😂

One of my favourite things about medicine and aesthetics is that you’re never really finished learning. There is always more to know, new technology to understand and another way to improve how we assess and treat our patients.

18 years of education was only the beginning…and I think that’s exactly how it should be.

A little profile balancing can make such a difference without changing what makes you look like you. ✨

For Simone, we refined the shape of the nose and added subtle projection to a weaker chin, bringing the profile into much better balance.

She also has regular masseter treatment to help manage teeth grinding - usually around once every 12 months for her.

Small, considered adjustments with a really beautiful result.
