We’re very pleased to share that Dr Simon Gower will be presenting his recently accepted article at TAMC 2026 in Dubrovnik this September ✨

TAMC is a leading international medical aesthetics conference in Dubrovnik, bringing together highly respected doctors, surgeons and industry experts from around the world — so having being accepted for a presentation is a wonderful achievement.

Simon will be speaking about mesoestetic’s new generation of dermal fillers, mesofiller® nexha — an innovative range combining cross-linked hyaluronic acid with succinic acid.

Rather than simply replacing lost volume, this new technology has been developed to combine visible correction with skin biostimulation — supporting firmness, collagen and elastin while helping to rejuvenate the skin from within.

We’re often asked why we don’t share more before-and-after photographs, so we thought we’d explain honestly.

The truth is, many of our patients simply don’t want their treatment shared online—and we completely understand and respect that. Some of our loveliest results will therefore never appear on social media.

We also aren’t a clinic built around creating endless content. We’re a small, husband-and-wife medical clinic, and most of our time and energy goes into looking after the person in front of us: listening properly, planning carefully and providing safe, thoughtful treatment with natural-looking results.

That doesn’t mean we don’t have results to share. We do—and when someone genuinely wants to give their consent, we may share them selectively. But we never want anybody to feel that agreeing to photographs is part of receiving treatment from us.

We may not always have the fanciest photography setup or a page filled with dramatic transformations, but behind the scenes we are quietly doing what matters most to us: caring for our patients and practising good medical aesthetics.

Honestly… some of the best food we’ve ever had! 🍽️✨

Everything at Plates by Oxalis was absolutely incredible — beautifully presented, full of flavour and made using locally sourced ingredients. Chef David’s passion for what he creates really shines through in every course.

It genuinely didn’t feel like we were dining in Beverley. We’re so lucky to have somewhere this special right on our doorstep — an amazing experience from start to finish, and we can’t recommend it highly enough! 🤍

Can’t quite believe Zoe actually did it… 🤿😆

Simon and James already have their PADI, so they were straight in. This was Zoe’s very first time scuba diving in the sea! Seeing the underwater world up close was amazing! 🐠

A huge thank you to Ollie & Leanne at Scuba Addicts Sri Lanka for making the whole experience so enjoyable. They were patient, reassuring, professional and genuinely lovely people. If you’re ever in Sri Lanka and thinking about giving scuba diving a go, we honestly couldn’t recommend them enough!

Sometimes the best memories happen just outside your comfort zone. 💙

🍃Hot oil poured over my head.
🍃Covered in what can only be described as herbal mud.
🍃Sat in a steam room that was approximately the temperature of the sun.

I honestly had no idea what was happening half the time... but l came out feeling so relaxed.
