Act Fast First Aid provide regulated first aid training and first aid supplies for schools and businesses across the UK.

Act Fast First Aid is a multi-award winning first aid training company that specialises in teaching first aid to schools, colleges and universities across the UK. We deliver a wide range of fully practical and interactive first aid courses to school and university staff teams and students. We are creators of the multi-award winning, Act Fast Challenge for schools teaching young people life-saving skills. We love working with schools - it's what we're excellent at and we do things differently. All courses that you book with us are contextualised to your school, college or university as well as your staff and the children and young people you work with making them relevant, enjoyable and most importantly easy to recall in an emergency. Our tried and tested school first drills, scenarios and games really help your team to apply their skills and feel confident to manage a casualty and their team in a medical emergency. All our first aid qualifications are externally regulated by the awarding body, ITC First and undergo robust quality assurance procedures inline with our centre policy. It was great to catch up with the team at Base Camp First Aid in Crewe this week and visit their outdoor setting.

Our first aid internal quality assurance programme at Act Fast First Aid plays a vital role in maintaining and improving the quality of teaching, learning and assessment. Through visiting and observing our instructors in practice, we can recognise strengths, share effective approaches and identify opportunities for continuous professional development.

Thank you Scott Barron and the team for the warm welcome and the opportunity to see your work.

One thing I truly believe is that quality assurance is a two-way learning process. Every visit, conversation and observation offers an opportunity to gain new insights and I always learn lots too!

We’ve been busy in the office packing and sending out lots of our NEW School First Aid Kits.

We know that choosing the right first aid supplies for a school can be overwhelming.

What should you have?
How many do you need?
Have you remembered everything?
Are you spending money on supplies you’ll never use?

So, we’ve taken away the guesswork.

Our brand-new School First Aid Kits bring together the essential first aid supplies schools need in one convenient kit, helping staff respond quickly, confidently and effectively when first aid is needed.

If you’re a school, work with schools, or know a school that could benefit from one, get in touch with us to find out more.

First aid for schools just got a whole lot simpler. 🩹
