Your feelings around your birth and postnatal time are real and valid. No one has experienced them like you have. They cannot tell you how to feel about it, because they didn’t go through it the way you did.

If you or someone you love needs support after their experience, reach out.

Not all, but many of my postnatal clients, have experienced a traumatic pregnancy, birth or postnatal time, and not only those who’ve had caesareans. This may have been weeks ago, or years ago, but it still sits with them.

The narrative tends to go ‘Well you have a healthy baby now so that’s what matters’. And of course you are so grateful for this and love your baby with all your heart, but that doesn’t mean your experience and how it’s still impacting you, whether every day or in those small moments that catch you out, isn’t valid and should just be pushed down.

If you would like to discuss TBR 3-step rewind further and how it might work for you, send me a message and I can talk you through it. I would like to support you.

And as we come towards the end of I would like to offer you this therapy for £140 instead of £175 if you book between now and 30th April next week. N.B. Our sessions don’t need to start next week.

Take care, Hannah x

This lovely lady has had 2 caesareans, the last one just over 6 months ago.

After a therapy session working all around her abdomen, hips and around and on her scar these were the results.

Lift from the scar line and less congestion above the scar and around the abdomen, plus a notable change in her profile. By the end of the treatment, fibrotic tissue above and around her scar felt softer and looser.

We are looking forward to the next session!
