Looking for a new way to connect with like-minded people while nurturing your wellbeing? Join Luna Moss women's circle, a monthly gathering in a peaceful garden sanctuary located in Kings Heath.

This supportive, brave and non-judgmental sisterhood invites you to collectively sit together, breathe deeply, speak openly, feel held, lighten the mental load we carry and tend to our inner yearnings for connection and community.

Through meditation, poetry, story, breath practice, oracle cards, and open conversation, we look to the work of mother earth, draw on lunar wisdom and nurture our authentic selves.

Just the birds and the bowls 🤍

MAY 🌸 A month of quiet momentum in nature. Blossoms give way to fresh green leaves, trees fill out their canopies, and longer days stretch light into the evenings. Birds are busy building nests, bees move with purpose from flower to flower. Pollinators, plants, sunshine and rain all work together to create a sense of steady expansion and vitality. Nothing feels rushed, yet everything is in motion. Growing, strengthening and becoming without hesitation.

This sense of steadiness, connection and confidence invites us to move beyond beginnings, towards commitment. To nurture what we’ve already started rather than continually seeking something new.

A time to foster trust both in ourselves and others. To stop overthinking and start embodying what we’ve been preparing for. To shift from figuring it out to living it out. From planning to participating. To prioritise growth over perfection in ourselves, lives relationships or the wider ecosystem of community. And, like the trees deepening their roots and extending their branches, to focus on consistency, patience, and quiet progress.
