Which one are you???

I’m more than happy to chat during your massage, but there’s no expectation to converse.

Life can get busy.
We look after children, partners, parents, work, homes, deadlines… and somewhere along the way many women quietly learn to “just put up with” pain, tension and exhaustion.

Sometimes it is only a small ni**le. A tight neck. An aching back. A sore hip. Tension headaches.

Sometimes it is something that has slowly built up over months or years — sciatica, fibromyalgia, jaw tension, persistent stiffness, stress overload or simply feeling like your body is constantly tight and tired.

Please do not feel you need to just struggle through it alone.

I try to look at the bigger picture — not just where something hurts, but how stress, movement, lifestyle, posture, old injuries, strength, sleep and everyday life may all be contributing.

Some people come for pain relief.
Some come because they feel burnt out and need time to breathe. Some want help getting moving again after injury, pregnancy, stress or long periods of putting themselves last.

And sometimes… people simply need an hour where somebody finally listens to them properly.

I offer a range of hands-on treatments, movement support and rehabilitation approaches tailored to the individual person in front of us.

No pressure. No judgement. No “you should have come sooner.”

Just support, guidance and care at your pace.
