WHY I DO THIS 🤍

There’s a reason I’m so drawn to touch.

I love those quiet moments when someone’s whole body seems to say, “I can finally let go.”

The shoulders soften.
The breath deepens.
The face relaxes.

That moment is why I created Root & Rise.

I wanted to create treatments that feel personal — not rushed, not clinical, and never one-size-fits-all.

A space where you can arrive exactly as you are.

Where I can work intuitively with your body through deeply nourishing massage, restorative facials and energy rituals, creating an experience that feels both grounding and uplifting.

Sometimes I stop and think… I really do love what I do. 🤍

I feel so honoured to hold space for people.

To welcome someone into a safe, calming space… to work with their body, their energy and everything they’ve been carrying… is something I never take for granted.

I love the moment I see the tension soften from someone’s face.
I love watching their energy shift.
I love seeing them breathe deeper.
I love seeing them reconnect with themselves. ✨

I love helping the body release what it’s been holding.

I love working with stagnant energy.
I love witnessing emotional and energetic release.
I love seeing someone leave feeling lighter, calmer, more grounded and more aligned.

But most of all…

Today has been all about setting up my new space — and somehow, I’m already fully booked! 🥹🤍

I’m busy making this studio feel like a warm, calm and welcoming safe space for your body — somewhere you can switch off, feel comfortable, and give yourself the care you deserve.

🎀 The ribbon has been cut... and my new venture is officially OPEN! 🎀

Today was such a special day as I opened the doors to my very own beautiful studio at Salon Studios, Corstorphine. I am beyond excited to begin this new chapter and to welcome you all into a space that has been created with so much love, care, and passion. ✨

From next week, you will find me here in my gorgeous private studio, where you can relax, unwind, and experience my stunning rituals designed to help you feel your very best. 🤍
