The truth is, life rarely slows down on its own.

There’s always another email, another errand, another responsibility, another reason to put yourself last.

This gentle 5-day reset is designed to help you carve out just 15 minutes a day to reconnect with yourself through guided meditations, reflective journal prompts, and daily voice notes from me, filled with gentle encouragement and bite-sized wisdom.

I’ll be in Mayo for Wellness with the Ciara’s on 15th August, followed by the launch of my new Return to Calm: 5-Day Reset on 17th August.

Alongside my regular 1-1 sessions at Body Tonic Edinburgh, I’m also looking forward to teaming up again with Kelly from Leela Wellness | live • feel • play for a 9D Breathwork & Crystal Sound Bath in Friday 28th August, and Stacey from The Yoga Room for a Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath on Saturday 29th August.
