A Huge Thank You! 🙌

We'd like to say a massive thank you to everyone who came along to our Open Day. It was great to see so many new faces, as well as our existing members coming in to support us and enjoy the day.

We've already got a few ideas for a summer get-together/Open Day, so keep an eye on our page for updates – we'll keep you posted! ☀️

We're not stopping there, though. The leg room is currently getting a bit of a makeover, with freshly painted walls to give the space a fresh new look. 🎨💪

We got on the podium together 🙌

First pairs race together and we managed to take 3rd 🥉

Epic weekend — 35 miles and 9000ft of climbing over two days, with the bonus of unreal weather ☀️

Definitely wasn’t easy after both crashing on our first two stages of the day 😅 Safe to say we might be feeling it tomorrow 🤣

We’re heading off to Minehead this weekend for a 9-stage mountain bike race 🚵‍♂️🔥

For us, the gym and mountain biking have always gone hand in hand. The strength, fitness, and endurance we build in the gym all transfer onto the trails — and the mindset from riding carries straight back into training.

The vending machine is stocked, the gym’s tidy, and everything’s ready for you while we’re away 💪

Karen joined us back in September 2025 weighing 15 stone, and through consistency, hard work, and commitment, she now weighs an incredible 10 stone 10 🎉

That’s over 4 stone lost 👏

Little shop refurb nearly complete 💪

Hope everyone likes the new space we’ve created — with the Watson table taking centre stage.

Fresh redecoration, new wall panelling installed, and brand-new flooring throughout.

We’ll be upgrading the ceiling lights soon too.

The shop is fully stocked, and we’re looking forward to welcoming everyone to our open day on the 30th. Come train for free between 9am–2pm and enjoy some cake 🙌

Our manned gym/shop hours 💪

These are our rough manned hours for the shop and gym.

As many of you know, we’re currently running two businesses, working on gym upgrades, and juggling a busy schedule — so there may be times when these hours are slightly flexible. We will often also be around on weekends.

If the shop is ever closed and you’d like to purchase products, just drop us a message and we’ll get back to you and sort it as soon as possible 🙌
