🌿 Well… that went well! 🤦‍♀️😂

The new units are in and up, the little drawers have officially been retired… and I STILL don’t have enough room for everything! 🤣

Apparently I underestimated just how much stuff I’ve accumulated over the last 3 years. 🙈

But honestly, it already looks SO much better than it did.

Everything feels less cramped, the drawers have gone, and I’ve actually got somewhere to put all the new aromatherapy supplies and equipment that have been arriving lately. 🌿🤎

Although… there’s still a few things sitting around that definitely need a home. 👀😂

So I think this means I now have a perfectly valid excuse to go back to IKEA…

I’m sure the husband will be absolutely thrilled about that. 🤣🤣

At least this time I might not need the van… although I’m not making any promises! 😂

Slowly getting the treatment room organised and making space for all the new treatments coming over the next few weeks. 🌿✨

🌿 A little behind the scenes at Luna Sage… 🌿

I can’t believe I’ve actually had to buy new storage! 😂

These little drawers have been with me since I started Luna Sage 3 years ago, back when I was mainly offering basic massage and Reiki… and somehow they’ve managed to keep everything in them all this time! 🙈

But things have changed quite a bit since then…

New skills, new treatments, new tools, more products, more equipment… and of course, more clients = more towels! 😂

And this week has definitely tipped me over the edge!

I’ve had a load of new aromatherapy supplies delivered, two new machines have arrived for some exciting new treatments coming in the next few weeks, and I’ve officially run out of places to put everything. 🤦‍♀️😂

So after work tonight, a late-night trip to IKEA was very much needed!

I’ve even roped the hubby into coming with me… in his van because apparently I’ve now reached the stage of business where I need a van for my IKEA trips! 😂🚐

And because nothing can ever be simple… their alarms went off while we were there and the whole store had to be evacuated! 🚨🤣

So we eventually made it back in, got the BESTÅ and we’re now on our way home.

Definitely NOT building it tonight though! 😂

I know I’ll probably need to add to it and build on it as Luna Sage continues to grow, but I’m hoping this gives me enough room for now!

It’s actually a little bit surreal looking at how much has changed over the last 3 years. 🥹

From a couple of massage treatments and Reiki, to aromatherapy, reflexology, facials, new equipment, new treatments and so many more things in the pipeline…

The little drawers did us proud. But I think they’ve earned their retirement! 😂🌿

Now… let’s just hope I can actually fit everything in the new one! 😆

🌿 My aromatherapy case studies have officially begun… and I’m already getting some lovely feedback! 🌿

Yesterday I started my first two aromatherapy case studies, and I couldn’t wait to share a little update. 🤍

My first client came to me with scalp eczema/psoriasis concerns, so we created her treatment and blend specifically around her needs.

She followed my advice to leave the oils on overnight for 8+ hours, and this morning she messaged me to say she’d noticed a massive improvement already!

✨ Much less scaling
✨ A much clearer-looking scalp
✨ The skin underneath the scaling is now much more visible

Obviously, this is only one person’s experience after one treatment, and we’ll be monitoring how things progress throughout her case study.

And do you know what I completely forgot to do?! 🤦‍♀️😂

How did I not think of that?! 😂

I really wish I’d taken some now so we could properly compare her starting point with how things progress over her six treatments.

🌿 My second case study had a completely different focus.

Her main goal was sleep and winding down, and after her first treatment she reported that she’d slept much better.

She still woke in the early hours to use the toilet, as she normally does, BUT…

💚 She was able to get straight back to sleep afterwards.

Normally this is the point where she struggles to get back to sleep, so that was a really lovely first observation.

We’ll continue monitoring her sleep throughout her case study to see how things develop.

And THIS is what I’m finding so exciting about bespoke aromatherapy…

Two clients. Two completely different reasons for booking. Two completely different treatment aims. 🌸

It’s not simply a massage with some nice-smelling oils. 😂

These appointments are a chance for me to complete my required case studies while giving you a fully bespoke aromatherapy treatment, tailored around your consultation, preferences and what you’d like from your treatment.

Level 3 Aromatherapy Case Study Package — £95

I’m looking for a small number of clients to take part in my Level 3 Aromatherapy case studies.

The package includes 6 bespoke aromatherapy treatments, each individually tailored following consultation and reassessment. Treatments will be approximately 60–75 minutes, depending on your individual needs.

The package is £95 when paid in full, representing a substantial discount on my usual treatment price.

As these treatments form part of my qualification case studies, the package is offered on the understanding that you are committing to completing all 6 treatments.

Appointments can absolutely be rearranged when needed — I understand that life happens. I simply ask that you give as much notice as possible.

Because the package is offered at a heavily reduced price in return for the commitment to complete all 6 treatments, if you decide to stop attending or disappear before completing the six treatments, the remaining treatments will be forfeited and the package payment will not be refunded or transferred.

All six treatments should ideally be completed within 12 weeks of the first appointment.

The shelves are officially FULL! 😅🌿

I think my little beauty trolley is trying to tell me something… I NEED MORE STORAGE! 😂

And just to be clear… this isn’t even all of it! 🤦‍♀️

The trolley is packed with products, but I’ve also got ear candles, wooden therapy tools, hot stones and all sorts of other bits tucked away in the drawers. Then there are the towels… SOOO many towels! 😂

I’m actually getting to the point where I’m using all of my towels and having to wash and dry everything the same day just to make sure I have enough for the following day. 😅

Which, I suppose, is a pretty lovely problem to have… because it means you’re keeping me BUSY! 🥹❤️
