I'm also a qualified sports therapist & in physio acupuncture I have been qualified as a physiotherapist for the past 11 years, as well as a sports therapist and in physio acupuncture. I also specialise in frailty (elderly care) physio, falls prevention and management. I am a mobile physiotherapist who can come to you with flexible evening and weekend appointments. My services include an initial 6

0 minute consultation followed by a 30 or 45 minute follow up session. My treatments include deep tissue massage, trigger point release, spinal manipulation, joint mobilisation, prescribing an individualised exercise program, recommending mobility aids, taping, physio acupuncture, posture correction, advice and education for long term management. I also offer falls prevention exercise classes.
