Prevention matters.
But preparation matters too.

Today was Immediate Life Support refresher training.

Most people associate my work with bone health, preventative screening, inflammation, and early insight. But good healthcare is also about staying clinically current and being ready for the situations nobody expects.

You hope you never need these skills in real life.
You train so that if you do, your response becomes instinctive.

Ongoing clinical training will always matter to me because confidence in healthcare comes from repetition, responsibility, and keeping standards high.
