Hi everyone, Danielle here! 👋

As a mum to a busy 9-year-old, life is always fast-paced. But if my 15 years working in care have taught me anything, it’s that support should never feel rushed.

Before launching Bespoke Community Care, I spent years managing services and noticed a worrying trend. Companies were nipping in and out of calls. Communication with families was poor. The wider household was often forgotten.

I knew that familes deserved better.

So, I built the opposite. Bespoke Community Care was born to bring back quality time, true listening, and care tailored to the whole family. I am incredibly proud of my amazing team who share this vision every single day, giving our clients a true quality of life and bringing real peace of mind to their loved ones. ❤️

My name is Em!

At 38 and a busy mum to two little girls, I can finally say I’ve found my dream job.

It is such a pleasure to be able to offer support to enrich the lives of people, enable them to maintain independence and live their lives to the fullest.

This is Gemma she helps with recruitment and suppots our amazing clients in the community.

I asked Gemma to write a little bit about herself and why she likes to be part of the team at Bespoke Community Care.

Hi, I'm Gemma, and I've been working for Bespoke Community Care for over 10 months. Joining the company has been one of the best decisions I've made in my career.

I have a background in residential care, supported living, and the NHS, and I can honestly say that Bespoke Care stands out for its commitment to providing exceptional, person-centred care. The company treats every individual with dignity, compassion, empathy, and respect, ensuring that each person receives holistic support tailored to their unique needs.

No two days are ever the same. We support clients with their social needs, whether that's helping them meet new people, try new activities, enjoy a coffee outing, or go shopping. Our goal is to help every client live as independently and fulfilled as possible while receiving the highest standard of care.

We also provide support with daily household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and shopping, as well as accompanying clients to appointments. We ensure that their loved ones are kept informed throughout the process, giving families peace of mind. Nothing is ever too much when it comes to providing the best possible care and support for those we look after.

I'm proud to be part of a team that genuinely cares and makes a positive difference in people's lives every day.
