Milestone unlocked: 2 years in business on the 3rd of December! 🎂🎉

When I started this journey, my goal was to support as many clients as possible. Being able to grow the business and expand my team to do exactly that has been a dream come true.

I have the most fantastic team right now—each person brings a unique spark that truly changes our clients' lives for the better. (We’re missing our newest sidekick while she’s on holiday for four days, but we can't wait to have her back!)

Hours: Flexible (Part-time & Full-time available – Perfect for working around school hours!)

How We Support Our Clients

Your day-to-day will be beautifully varied. You won't just be providing support; you’ll be making a home feel like a home. This involves:

True Companionship: Taking someone for a lovely walk in a country park and catching up over a hot coffee.

Nutritional Care: Cooking fresh, comforting, home-made meals.

Home Comforts: Ensuring our clients' homes remain neat, tidy, and organized.

Specialist Support: Providing gentle, patient, and understanding care for individuals living with dementia and Alzheimer’s.

What We Are Looking For, You don’t need a lifetime of corporate care experience to excel here—we hire for heart! We just ask that you have:

A caring and empathetic nature with a genuine passion for helping others.

Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care (either professionally or from caring for a family member).

Great home skills, including a knack for home-cooked meals and maintaining a tidy space.

A reliable vehicle and valid UK driving licence to safely transport clients to parks and appointments.

Bespoke Community Care is growing, and we are looking for two more reliable people to join our wonderful team!

Because our clients live in different neighbourhoods, we are looking for workers to cover specific areas.

📍 We need one person for each of these areas:

Position 1: Must be able to work in Lostock and Ladybridge (Bolton)

Position 2: Must be able to work in Roe Green and Astley (Worsley/Tyldesley area)

🚗 What We Need From You:Must be available to start this September

Must be able to work weekends

Must be able to drive (with access to a vehicle)

Flexible and reliable attitude

🏡 The Role Involves:

Helping our lovely clients live independently by assisting with:

General cleaning and keeping the home tidy.

Laundry, ironing, and bed-making.

Preparing delicious, home-cooked meals.

Companionship, shopping trips, and going to appointments.

💰 What We Offer:

Starting pay from £12.80 up to £13.30 per hour (depending on experience)

Full training provided

Full insurance and peace of mind

A supportive, friendly team environment (all positions are subject to a standard DBS check)
