⚖️As much as I wanted to use my full 20k suitcase allowance to Granada on dumbbells…I had a word with myself 🤣

♻️Routines can’t always be adhered to so it’s better to adapt when needed rather than just say ‘sod it’! It’s not all or nothing.

🛠️Incorporating regular strength training into my life started in early 2022 and it’s the only exercise I’ve ever properly committed to - everything else since the early 90s has come and gone….and nearly all of it was aerobic.

🦴I’m helping to strengthen my bones and create more lean muscle (NOT get bulky!) so I can stay as fit as a fiddle as I get older 😃

🇪🇸I’m here with my daughter who attends Spanish language school in the mornings so I’m taking the opportunity to study too.

📝No language, guitar or compás for me, but writing up my Personal Training portfolio now that my training is complete and I’ve passed my practical assessment.

Looking forward to being back at BoSs! and Hay-on-Strength classes!
