Hay Castle in Hay-on-Wye certainly is a sight to behold at night!

we couldn’t believe how quickly each circuit went! A sure sign that there was lots of laughter…all the while keeping strong with 3 rounds of full body strength training with cardio mixed in.

💯 effort AS ALWAYS from everyone 😃

Next class this Friday at 07:30 - come join us…zombies optional - fun guaranteed!

Strength training full body workout DONE at 06:30 - now everyone can get on with their day safe in the knowledge they’ve helped to build lean muscle, strengthen bones and can lift and shift things without making those groaning sounds we tend to start making as we get older 🤗

Full body exfoliation, followed by a rub down and an air dry in the warm sun!

Sadly not me but the kit!

Great final session of Hay-on-Strength’s 6th week!

This time, watching the sky change towards dusk.

The jump box was out again with fantastic 💯effort from everyone giving it their all as always 🤗

Amazing class this AM - starting in the dark with all the lights on that you can shake a stick at!

Watching that beautiful pink sunrise before the day starts.

Everyone had a go at the jump box too - brilliant 💯effort from everyone giving it their all as always 🤗

Nice to have a Hay-on-Strength member join the BoSs! crew too 😃💪

If you're new to strength training/outdoor exercise and giving it a first try at 06:30 is a bit too scary, then come along to the new class time of 07:30 on a Friday

What an absolutely beautiful morning for a long walk today!

Great walkie-talkie with a friend I haven’t seen for a while and good to keep the fast paced steps up when a run this AM wasn’t possible.

Combined with outdoor BoSs! and Hay-on-Strength strength training circuits this week - a great way to keep building strength and keep my cardio topped up 😃💪

BoSs! fitness classes and BoSs! Build 6-week course takes place at King George V playing fields next to Theatr Brycheiniog - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Hay-on-Strength takes place at Hay Castle grounds Mondays and Wednesdays.
