To all our new followers and all our loyal friends… we have a twin room available either single occupancy or for two friends at beautiful A Place to be Well La Roane in SW France by train to Caussade or fly to Toulouse… we’re teaching there as we do every year for six days from 9-15 July ❤️ enjoy yoga each day …. Resting in a hammock …. Swimming in the little pool. Enjoy the tastiest vegetarian food at breakfast lunch and supper. A sound meditation…. A walk in the woods and Astanga and Hatha yoga with pranayama twice a day!!!

I have been teaching zoom yoga classes ‘live from my living room’ since lockdown. Currently I teach each Thursday a slow hatha flow from 12-1 … if you can’t get to my live classes or workshops or yoga holidays why not join a zoom class?
