Just over 2 weeks to go until our new Qigong class begins!

We will be practicing Taijiwuxigong - a very accessible and effective form of practice.
We will be coming into our bodies to explore movement, awareness and energy.

You’ll learn simple Qigong-based exercises for self- healing
• Release tension and stress
• Improve posture and body awareness
• Build and balance your natural energy
• Develop a deeper connection to yourself and others

The last week of my summer break has been eventful, with a lot of harvesting and making in the kitchen which is so heart warming.
And some adventures up hills, down rivers and with four legged friends. We also had our first hay harvest.
I’m feeling very blessed and grateful for this new life in our cottage. The people and spirits here have been very welcoming.
I feel this sense of settling and rooting more every week, a feeling that my nervous system had been craving for so long.
Connecting with inner safety thanks to my environment and inner alignment.

I’m so pleased, and nervous, to be starting a new Qigong class in the Autumn 🤩
Tajiwuxigong, developed by Dr Shen, is a system of self healing and self regulation for body heart and mind using Daoyin exercises, spontaneous movement and meditation.
These Monday weekly classes will be focusing on self healing and resilience.
Looking forward to seeing you there 😊

I’m really enjoying this spot for reflection and meditation.
The friend who came for a Buqi treatment swap (healing using the Qi force), spontaneously went into meditation on the chair.

Tajiwuxigong is a system rooted in Taichi principles. It uses a combination of breathing, movement and mental direction for self healing and promoting regulation of body and mind.
